Pay Range: $36/hr (New Graduate) up to $45/hr (Based on experience) Negotiable
Hours: 30 40 hours/week (Flexible Scheduling)

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of hire (or eligibility)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

• Perform patient/resident evaluations, care planning, direct treatment, and consultations for a general rehabilitation caseload
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical team processes
• Provide education and training to caregiver staff
• Contribute to clinical program development initiatives
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, technicians, and students as required
• Provide additional administrative responsibilities in multi-therapist settings where applicable
