Their main duties and responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for the treatment center
• Overseeing daily operations of the center and ensure it functions efficiently
• Recruiting, training and managing staff members, including therapists, counselors, and administrative staff
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the delivery of quality patient care and services
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and licenses
• Developing and managing the center’s budget
• Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss patient treatment progress, center operations, and continuous improvement strategies
• Building relationships with local community organizations and healthcare providers
• Ensuring the center maintains a high level of patient satisfaction and confidentiality
• Evaluating the performance of the center and staff, and implement necessary improvements
• Keeping updated with latest developments in addiction treatment and incorporate them into the center’s practices

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Addiction Treatment Center Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our addiction treatment facility.

The Director’s responsibilities include ensuring all staff provide optimum care to patients, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations, and managing the overall operations of the center.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in healthcare administration, a strong understanding of addiction treatment methodologies, and a deep commitment to patient care and recovery.

• Oversee daily operations of the addiction treatment center
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to provide quality patient care
• Oversee patient treatment plans and monitor progress
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local health and community organizations
• Manage the facility’s budget and resources
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Implement and review policies and procedures
• Report to and work closely with the board of directors
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and services are met

• Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in an addiction treatment center
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Understanding of addiction treatment methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field

• Work Environment:Addiction Treatment Center. This position may require occasional travel for meetings or training sessions.
• Reporting Structure:Reports to the Board of Directors.
• Salary:Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Pay Range:$80,000 minimum to $120,000 maximum
