With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

  Hours:
  
  7:00 a.m.
  
  -6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.
  
  -5:00 p.m. Fridays
• Schedule: flexible schedule within clinic hours seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day.
• Provider team includes: 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider
• Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18
• EHR: Epic

• Competitive Salary
  : $20-22 per hour negotiable depending on experience + quarterly team production incentive.

• Active Iowa Certified Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
