Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide in Dubuque, IA to support an elderly male veteran role involves bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client remain independent and safe.
The position is long term with 2–10 hours per week; scheduling is flexible once agreed. Compensation is $25/hour total, consisting of a $21/hour base plus a $4/hour bonus tied to completing agreed shifts in the pay period. A background check and TB skin test are required.
