Kinseth Hospitality Companies - - Responsibilities:
Greet, register, suggestively sell hotel rooms, issue room keys, assign rooms and set wake up calls;
Act as hotel manager on duty and follow MOD procedures for communication, emergencies, and guest satisfaction;
Enter daily changes and balance accounts (guest, house, guest tray, city ledger, advance deposits) and reset system for next business day;
Ensure night audit procedures are completed daily and information posted accurately and timely;
Post charges to ledger and handle reservations, deposits, and guest inquiries
