Greet, register, and assist guests with selling rooms, issue room keys, assign rooms, and set wake-up calls in a warm, efficient manner;
Act as hotel manager on duty and follow MOD procedures;
Enter daily changes and balance accounts including guest, house, guest tray, city ledger and deposits;
Reset the system for the next business day and print night audit reports;
Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions, and coordinate with housekeeping for departures
