RFA Engineering () is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our engineering teams across the US. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, interviewing and hiring top engineering and technical talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. This would be a hybrid position based out of our corporate offices in either Eden Prairie, MN or Dubuque, IA.

As a Technical Recruiter you will focus on identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top engineering and technical talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, understands technical roles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and candidates while playing a key role in supporting company growth.
Responsibilities- Source, recruit, and screen engineering and technical candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical skill requirements, and team culture
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through Linked In, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems and internal databases
- Develop and post job descriptions across recruiting platforms
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and networking activities
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience
- Assist with recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on workforce planning and staffing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards, and networking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, software, or technical positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Experience working in a staffing agency or technical recruiting environment
- Understanding of engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, or systems engineering
- Experience supporting campus recruiting or recruiting events
- Bachelors of Science or better.
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 Commensurate with experience
