- Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of performance and teamwork.
- Conduct needs assessments, facilitate talent development, and execute innovative employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee relations, providing empathetic support while resolving issues and enhancing the workplace experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and practices that prioritize integrity and trust.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and showcase a strategic mindset.
- Contribute to a customer-focused environment and support the organization in achieving its objectives.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with employees and leaders, fostering collaboration and trust.

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Administrator, HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related field
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus
