UMB Bank is seeking a M365 Administrator to provide level-2 support for the M365 suite across the enterprise. You will work with users, resolve issues with M365 services, and collaborate with M365 Engineers on projects.
The role is hybrid (Mon-Thu on-site, Fri remote) at downtown Kansas City, MO or Dubuque, IA locations. Responsibilities include managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, One Note, EntraID, and Microsoft Co-Pilot, creating user guides, and training end users as needed.
