Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and ethics, implementing action plans through the Open Door Policy, and executing business processes. The Associate operates forklifts safely and follows company standards for moving, picking, and positioning merchandise pallets. They complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.

Responsibilities also include receiving stocks, organizing merchandise from distribution centers, managing inventory flow, and maintaining accurate paperwork. The Associate provides member service by helping members with self‑service technology, purchasing decisions, and issue resolution while promoting company products and services. Safety duties include conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting rules, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. Additional tasks involve maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation, assisting with club pickup orders, performing inventory management, identifying shrink opportunities, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

The Associate proactively identifies customers who need help with technology services, models best practices, and resolves issues promptly.
