Job Title: Entry Level Supply Management Planner

Location: Dubuque, IA 52001
Assignment Length: 01 Year + (Possible Extension)
Position Type: Contract / Contingent
Pay Rate: Hourly on W2 (All-Inclusive on SGS Payroll; Does Not Include PTO/Holiday Pay)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (to be discussed during hiring)
Work Environment: Office Environment

This is an entry-level Supply Management opportunity supporting experimental operations, feasibility builds, and durability builds. The role works in a team environment coordinating the procurement and tracking of experimental parts while collaborating with Engineering, Supply Management, and the Experimental Shop.

• Coordinate procurement of experimental parts for feasibility and durability builds
• Manage part requests using a shared team work queue
• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Management, and Experimental Operations teams
• Ensure correct materials and quantities are ordered, delivered, and received
• Create Material Masters in SAP when required
• Extend material views and perform material movements in SAP
• Track and maintain accurate documentation of materials and requests

• Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • VLOOKUPs
  • Pivot tables
  • Conditional formatting
  • Common formulas
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
