Logistics Coordination, Inventory Control & Analysis
Payrate: $26.35 - $26.35/hr.
Summary: This position can be based in either Dubuque, IA or Waterloo, IA. College graduates are encouraged to apply. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities- Forecast new parts and manage part availability.
- Develop global service part forecasts for newly adopted service parts using historical data, engineering and product support input, and product and component knowledge.
- Participate in and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with representatives from product support, supply management, engineering, and marketing to define service part requirements.
- Review service part forecasts and recommend adjustments to the forecast and ordering activity.
- Execute business activities in alignment with the Division processes, policies, and objectives.
- Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to ensure service part availability by developing, recommending, and implementing strategies to meet the master schedule.
- Analyze metrics and data to improve business processes and enhance overall customer experience with service part support performance.
- Ability to analyze information and make trade‑off decisions.
- Demonstrated team skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working in one or more operations support functions such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management, and procurement.
- Supply base knowledge with a general understanding of the principles.
- Understanding of operations with familiarity in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machine systems and components.
- Experience in a service support environment.
- Proficiency in generating reports from various databases and computer systems.
- Data analytics and statistics expertise.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing engineering projects.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.35 - $26.35/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
