Transportation Coordinator – Shift: Mon-Thurs Fri ; DC - Onsite

Schedule:

C/B Mid-Shift. Monday-Thursday 5:00PM-1:30AM & Friday 5:00PM-11:30PM. Additional hours are based on business need.

The Transportation Coordinator supports inbound and outbound transportation operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring operational efficiency and system accuracy. This role focuses on trailer and yard management, shipment scheduling, and carrier coordination to maintain timely freight movement. The Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external carriers to uphold system integrity and resolve operational issues.

• Serve as a key point of contact for carrier communication, escalating issues to the Transportation Manager when necessary.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, and operational issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Assist with truck yard operations by monitoring trailer movements and ensuring timely processing.
• Track and report on transportation KPIs such as Yard-to-Empty, Late Ships, Late Inducts, and On-Time Performance.
• Support scheduling and shipment planning to maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate with building departments to ensure alignment on processes and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and share updates.
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork through relationship-building and collaboration.

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.
• Working knowledge of yard management, transportation systems, and supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with YMS/TMS platforms.
• Adaptability to learn new tools quickly and deliver exceptional service while collaborating as a team player.

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $26.25 - $27.85 Hourly
