Base pay range$17.00/yr – $17.00/yr
We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Residential team. The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio. Responsibilities include keeping the property interiors, exteriors, and site clean and repaired, following manufacturer‑approved materials and equipment usage, and continuously expanding knowledge of the property.
Knowledge, Abilities & Other Qualities- The employee shall perform duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero‑defect manner.
- Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.
- Assists and maintains landscape and irrigation systems.
- Maintains a clean, neat, well‑groomed professional appearance.
- Wears company‑approved attire with an identification badge visible at all times.
- Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and a team/project orientation.
- The position has no authority that is not specifically delegated from supervisors.
- Provides customer‑service orientation and genuinely supports and promotes good resident/tenant relations.
- Works independently, can direct others, is willing to learn, and possesses good communication skills; participates fully in staff meetings and training programs.
- Uses tools appropriate for the duties under this job description.

Qualifications Experience, Training & Education- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance coverage are required.
- Must be able to work full time.
