Team Lead – 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week

Overtime: Required as dictated by production needs

About

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to support first?shift manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising production employees while driving performance across Safety, Quality, and Delivery
. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of production employees, ensuring daily expectations are clearly understood
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety standards
  • Partner with management to execute production schedules and meet operational targets
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and delivery metrics and address issues as they arise
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, training, and development to team members
  • Deliver timely, constructive performance feedback and hold employees accountable
  • Encourage continuous improvement by supporting employee ideas and process enhancements
  • Support daily and weekend overtime as required by production demands
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce
  • Proven conflict resolution and problem?solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions in a fast?paced setting
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Additional Information
  • This is a fully onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available
  • Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day of work
