TIG Welder
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local business in Darlington, WI to fill a full‑time, long‑term temp‑to‑hire TIG welding position.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work with team members to meet production deadlines
- TIG welding experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
