Essential Position Responsibilities
- Produce cooked meat chunks of blended meats that are the proper size with a firm texture by removing air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size a batch of blended meats.
- Accomplish room start‑up procedures.
- Fill product line to extruder. Fill extruder until even product flow.
- Adjust steam tunnel to target product temperature (CP). Adjust cutter to produce target product length (CP).
- Record all measurement on batch sheet.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk.

Technical ExperienceExperienced within a manufacturing/process environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Industry ExperienceBackground in manufacturing.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
