Assembly Technician

Production / Assembly Associate – $21+/hr + Growth

We're hiring Production / Assembly Associates for manufacturing and construction-style production environments. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work with tools and building products from start to finish.

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Read production lists, work orders, and basic prints
• Measure materials using a tape measure
• Use drills, nail guns, staple guns, saws, sanders, and other tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Stack, label, package, and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 6+ months of production, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Assembly experience
• Construction experience
• Blueprint or print reading experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Truss, window, door, or building product experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $23.07/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
