Production / Assembly Associate – $21+/hr + Growth
We're hiring Production / Assembly Associates for manufacturing and construction-style production environments. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, construction, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work with tools and building products from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities- Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
- Read production lists, work orders, and basic prints
- Measure materials using a tape measure
- Use drills, nail guns, staple guns, saws, sanders, and other tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Stack, label, package, and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- 6+ months of production, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Assembly experience
- Construction experience
- Blueprint or print reading experience
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Truss, window, door, or building product experience
- $21+/hr starting pay with shift premiums and overtime opportunities

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $23.07/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
