A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. invites applications for a Utilities Worker to support daily foundry operations in Dubuque, IA. You will perform core making, furnace operation, metal pouring, and mold preparation, while sorting and staging castings and managing raw materials.
You will also assist in moving materials throughout the production area and adapt to different areas as production needs shift. This is a physically demanding, high-temperature role that requires teamwork and safety focus.
