** BARD Material’s Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials and supporting aggregate production operations.

** Responsibilities:
*** Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed
* Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment
* Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly
* Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook
* Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team###
** Requirements –

What You’ll Need:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred
* Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus
* Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management
