Job Duties
- Operate food processing/production or packaging equipment in the gelatin plant, to manufacture products according to production and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) as instructed.
- Respond to process upsets and alarms appropriately.
- Monitor and document the quality of outputs.
- Follows all food safety procedures and practices to promote our food safety culture.
- Maintain accurate daily production records.
- Perform routine cleaning.

- Perform routine cleaning.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanically inclined and strong problem-solving skills.
- Food Manufacturing experience.
- Fork truck license or ability to learn how to drive a fork truck.
- This position requires day/night shift work on a rotating schedule. Weekend work will be a requirement for this position.
