Simmons Foods in Dubuque, IA is seeking a dependable Utility Crew member to support daily plant operations. You will fill in for breaks and absences while maintaining quality, fully operate equipment in your area, record downtime and temperature, and ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.
As a Team member you’ll contribute to development and implementation of team concepts, adhere to BEST practices, and participate in meetings. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and wear PPE as required.
