JOB DESCRIPTION- Design and implement a data driven, efficient field plan for the general election including persuasion and GOTV plans.
- Recruit, train, and manage Field Organizers and volunteers for door-knocking and phone banking events.
- Lead virtual and in-person volunteer events and act as a point-person for campaign supporters.
- Create and execute peer-to-peer texting campaigns, and lead the campaign’s engagement with supporters in online communities.
- Staff the candidate at public events as needed.
