We're hiring permanent CRNAs new grads and experienced for a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in a hospital and ASC setting with unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture.

Multiple CRNA's Desired for Permanent Opportunity with hard working but easy-going group. Group is owned by 3 individuals who currently take all the call to allow an unmatched work-life balance (7-8 weeks paid vacation!) for the rest of the group. Call is allowed to be taken, for extra income potential, it just isn't required.

• Autonomy: CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia
• Support:
  Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision
• Mentorship:
  Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence

What Our Client Offers

• Base Salary: $315,900 annually
• Earning Potential:
  Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week)
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment) - other options available for 3 and 4-year commitments

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)
