• AM Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• PM Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• NOC Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
• All shifts require every other weekend and a holiday rotation
• Full‑time and part‑time openings available
• $2 PM/NOC Shift Differential Available!

St. Dominic Villa is looking for compassionate, kind‑hearted healthcare professionals who are looking to gain their Wisconsin CNA certification and continue their health‑care career by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. This program offers the opportunity to work as an assistant to the CNA team while paying you to take free courses toward this certification. Obtain CNA within 6 months of hire.

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Caregiver or customer service preferred.
• Enrollment in and successful completion of the Certified Nursing Aide Program and testing. The company will provide training at no cost.
• Commitment to quality programs and services for residents, patients, and clients.
• Excellent communication and human‑relation skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to residents, patients, clients, family members, and personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions, exhibiting flexibility when needed.
• Ability to hear communication and communicate verbally, visually, and in writing with staff and residents.
