Job Description

Sign on Bonus: $5,000.

You will determine donor eligibility and manage informed consent, AIDS education, confidential self‑exclusion, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of serological protein electrophoresis (SPE). You will evaluate donor reactions, follow SOPs for medical emergencies, and refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for findings or medical issues. You will support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees, manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/EHS, and may serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized.

• Consult with Center Physician or Medical Affairs for findings.
• Support employee vaccination programs.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/EHS.
• Assist as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent; graduate‑equivalent nursing program with state requirements.
• State license or certification in the state of assignment (e.g., EMT‑Paramedic).
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• State‑required basic IV therapy certification.
• FDA‑approved Bio Life Medical Support Specialist training.
• Two years clinical or hospital experience.

USA – Iowa – Dubuque.

Hourly wage range: $23.04 – $31.68.
