• Days, Nights, weekdays, weeknights, weekends
• Full‑time, Part‑time, PRN hours
• Flexible scheduling
• Up to 12‑hour shifts

Urgent / Immediate. May include:

• Medication administration
• G‑tube/enteral feedings
• Oxygen support
• Seizure management
• Trach and ventilator care

• Training provided
• Hourly wage: $2 per hour shift differential for 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
• Paid weekly benefits with full‑time hours

• Provide care based on licensure/certification within scope of practice
• Maintain an updated clinical record on each patient
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family
• Consult with physicians concerning changes of patient care plans
• Support FFHC’s mission by mentoring/coaching new employees during orientation
• Educate patients and caregivers on care needs
• Participate in QAPI program as requested
• Continuously improve nursing care skills
• Attend mandatory trainings/in‑services
• Submit required personnel file documentation timely
• Adhere to compliance and ethics expectations
• Maintain patient and family confidentiality
• Provide supportive, responsive interpersonal communication
• Perform other duties as assigned

• LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
• Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in state of employment or multi‑state license
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience
• Valid driver license with proof of insurance
• Clear background screening
• Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
• Current CPR card/certificate with in‑person instructor‑led skills check
• Clear Hep B screening
• Clear TB screening
• Ability to read and communicate in English verbally and in writing
