Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Be able to work every third weekend and alternate holiday schedule.
