Registered Nurse – ICU

Dubuque, IA

Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience

• Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• CCRN certification or working toward certification

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic critical care environment with a dedicated clinical team
• Contract placement offering schedule flexibility with every other weekend and every other holiday commitment
