Grand Meadows Director of Nursing (DON)

We are looking for a Director of Nursing to manage Nursing Services for residents. The role includes 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services, directing the Nursing Department, maintaining quality standards of care, and assuming center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

As a Director of Nursing (DON | RN), you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
