Licensed Practical Nurse​/LPN

Overview

Mount Carmel Bluffs is a senior community located at 1160 Carmel Dr, Dubuque, IA 52003. We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a residential care facility (RCF). Positions are part‑time (10 a.m. – 6 p.m., 24 hours per week) with a minimum of two on‑call shifts per month. Salary ranges from $30.52 to $34.07 per hour plus a benefits‑on‑employment (BOE) plan.

• Provision and monitoring of high‑quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification.
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
