Shift: Full-time, Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, for 48 hours per pay period, holiday and every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for geriatric psychiatric patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.
- Provide patient and family education to support understanding of treatment plans and recovery goals.
- Promote safety by implementing de-escalation strategies, crisis intervention, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications- Active IA RN license required
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
