- Job title:

Job Details
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- PALS certification required for RNs in ED;
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certificate also acceptable. - ACLS certification required for RNs in ED, CCU, PACU, MICU, SICU.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required.
- License/Certificate verification required, must be dated within 30 days of start.
- Fit Test required.
- NIHSS certification required.
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
- COVID-19 Vaccine proof or declination/exemption required.
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required prior to start.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
- Physical/Health Statement from exam within last year required.
- Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA Only), IA Sing Report, OFAC screening required.
