Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM On-call: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday No weekends

Hours:

40 hours per week

Requirements:
Valid nursing license Experience in nursing administration or leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical operations and nursing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Manage staffing, training, and development of nursing personnel. Monitor quality of care and implement improvements as needed.
