St. Dominic Villa | An Illuminus Community in Hazel Green, WI (10 minutes from Dubuque, IA) is hiring a Nursing Student/Medication Administration Aide (MAA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a peaceful work environment.

Available positions include a Full‑time Evening Shift (PM) and Casual/PRN All Shifts.

• Full‑Time Evening Shift – 8‑hour shifts, every other weekend rotation.
• Casual/PRN All Shifts – flexible schedule to meet your needs.

• $21.50–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Prepare and administer medications to residents under the direction of an RN/LPN.
• Supervise resident self‑administration or provide medication reminders.
• Access the Medication Administration Record (MAR) to verify correct person, drug, dose, route, and time.
• Document vital signs, interventions, or other pertinent data related to medication administration.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Report any issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting).
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and adherence to company and HIPAA policies.
• May work as a CNA as needed.

Those aspiring to advance to Registered Nurse (RN) will receive tuition reimbursement.

• Active Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Enrolled in nursing school.
• Completed pharmacology and a passing medication rotation.
• Active CPR certification.
