Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time | 8 or 10 Hour Shifts.
Full-time nurses receive health insurance as low as $1 per month! Scheduled every 4th weekend! Premium Pay for weekend hours = 1.5x base pay.
RN Starting at $/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $59.49/hr).
LPN Starting at $/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $48.63/hr).

Shift Options- 1:00 PM-9:00 PM (8 hours) OR 11:00 AM-9:00 PM (10 hours)

- Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care
- Monitor health changes & update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document nursing care per policy
- Educate and support direct care staff
- Respond to health concerns and emergencies
- Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments
Supervise Certified Medication Aides - Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring
- Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift 35 lbs independently
- Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver
Pay is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
