Schedule:

M-F 8a-4p with on-call 7a-8a and 4p-8p Mon-Friday. No weekends.

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Leadership experience in a nursing role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
• Manage nursing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
