Hospice of Dubuque is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team and deliver patient-centered care to those we serve. The Hospice Nurse Case Manager will assess needs, develop plans of care, perform case management, and provide direct patient care.
Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Iowa license required with ability to obtain Illinois/Wisconsin license if needed. We offer orientation, mentoring, and a supportive environment.
