• Partner with nurses, providers, and clinical teams to improve workflows and processes.
• Serve as a clinical expert for electronic health records and other healthcare technology.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, quality, efficiency, and the overall care experience.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Develop and provide education and training to clinical staff on technology and system changes.
• Analyze clinical data and system functionality to identify trends and recommend improvement

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire date)

• (3) three years of prior experience using EPIC EMR

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa
