• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, vital signs, and response to interventions; report changes promptly to the care team.
• Develop and participate in resident-centered care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Ensure accurate medication administration, charting, dosing verification, and adherence to regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, fall prevention strategies, wound care, and infection control practices; respond to emergencies per organizational policy.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record and uphold privacy, dignity, and ethical standards in care delivery.

• Active Registered Nurse license to practice nursing
• Prior nursing experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
• Ability to work any shift and commit to 40 hours per week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced travel assignment and comply with regulatory requirements
