Employee Separation Policy:
Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

  Maternity, 16;
  Nursery, 12; NICU, 4; C-section suite, 1;
  Overflow rooms
• Ratios:
  Labor: 1:1; PP: 1:2; NICU: 2:1
• Patient Types: antepartum, MB, newborn, OB/GYN, NICU
• Drips/Titrations; glucose, magnesium, pitocin, insulin
• Delivery volume: 50-60 births/month
• Level 2 maternal/neonatal center

• Post Partum experience [nice to have]
• NICU experience [preferred]

• EPIC experience [required]
• NRP certificate – [required] [document]
• Intermediate OR Advanced - EFM / electronic fetal monitoring certificate -- [required] [document]
• STABLE certificate [required] [document]

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current L&D/Labor and Delivery experience [required]
