Employee Separation Policy:
Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not applyHOLIDAY update:unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas New Years)

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: $9/hr Charge/Precept: $6/hr Billable OT:36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 4048 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
