Taco Bell - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant crew during your shift; delegate tasks effectively and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback;
Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers, resolving complaints, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally;
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards;
Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels; coordinate with restaurant management to address staffing gaps;
Train new hires and conduct ongoing training to develop team members' skills in customer service, food preparation, and safety protocols
