We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Retail Operations & Growth to take full ownership of daily execution and help build the next stage of growth.

🔥 What You’ll Own (Real Authority + Accountability)This role is built for an operator who can connect the dots between sales, inventory, people, and execution
, including:
- Driving daily and weekly revenue through campaigns and floor leadership
- Holding sales teams accountable to activity, follow-up, and closing
- Coaching and developing reps directly on the floor
- Overseeing inventory flow: receiving, pricing, merchandising, store layout
- Operating within a discount / liquidation retail model
- Executing local marketing promotions, ads, and store traffic drivers
- Managing contractor and professional customer relationships
- Building and scaling e-commerce through Shopify + online marketplaces
- Improving systems, processes, and execution across the operation
- Acting as the day-to-day operator so ownership can focus on growth

You’ll help build it, enforce it, and improve it.
