Home improvement knowledge is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Proactively greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or issues.

* Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.

* Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately as needed.

* Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-maintained.

Requirements

* No prior retail experience is necessary.

* Ability to stand, walk, lift to 40lbs, and climb stairs.

* Willingness to undergo training and continued education.

* Project a positive representation of Ace Hardware.

* Available to work a minimum of one shift each weekend.
