Help manage the activities of the store for tire & automotive sales and service, while maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for customer communications, via phone, email, texts and in-person. Assist Store Manager with general operations of the store. Help maintain effective utilization, control and protection of corporate assets, including inventory, cash, accounts receivable and equipment. Help manage employees to attain maximum productivity, including delegating where appropriate, with adherence to company policies, creating an environment of high employee morale and team building.

Work with Retail Sales Manager on merchandising programs. Support marketing and advertising programs and strategies, and the Tandem brand. Project the proper company images in the community.
