Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Pay: starting $21.60 per hour plus shift premiums.

The Warehouse Associate role at the Nordstrom Distribution Center in Dubuque, IA is an introductory position with opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and business needs.

• Receive and unload freight; unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation as required.
• Rotate jobs in different areas.
• Scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.

• Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb boxes repetitively without difficulty.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and collaboration.
• Ability to drive productivity through efficient use of time and commitment to strong results.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Hourly pay ranges from $21.60 to $23.35. Additional benefits include 401(k), medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more.
