Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our high‑performing Parts Department. This role is essential to keeping our service department operating efficiently by ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately.

• Previous parts department or automotive experience preferred, but not required

• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide pricing and product information over the phone and in person
• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with service and collision repair teams to ensure timely parts delivery
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments
• Support the parts department with additional duties as needed
