Introductory Warehouse Associate, Overnight Shift (Sun - Thu) - Dubuque Distribution Center

Job Description Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM Pay:
Starting Pay: $21.60/hour plus shift premiums Working at the Nordstrom Distribution Center in Dubuque, IA is exciting, fast-paced, and means being part of something we think is pretty awesome. Our Supply Chain team ensures customers get their orders quickly, accurately, and with care.

We process incoming shipments, handle returns, and keep everything moving behind the scenes. This is an Introductory Warehouse Associate role, with an opportunity to become a permanent team member based on performance and business needs.

• Receive and unload freight; unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation, as required
• Rotate jobs in different areas
• Scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes

• The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50 lb boxes without difficulty
• Experience operating a forklift, order picker or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) is a plus
• The ability to drive productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration
