Kelly is seeking a Growth Merchant Lead in the Dubuque region to drive new business growth through field-based, transactional sales with local restaurants. You will travel to targeted areas, meet owners, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager and using sales tools.
Travel is frequent within roughly two hours of the home city, costs are covered, and compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions.
